Welcome to Duncan Designs! We’re a small, home-based custom apparel and embroidery business located in Baca County, Colorado.

What started as a way to work from home while raising my family has grown into a business I truly love!

We specialize in custom T-shirts, sweatshirts, embroidered hats, leather patches, and laser engraving. From school spirit wear and team apparel to business logos and personalized gifts, we love bringing your ideas to life.

Our Pricing

Custom Hats

  • 1–10 hats: $25 each
  • 11–24 hats: $20 each
  • 25+ hats: $18 each

Prices include embroidered or leather patch hats on Richardson 112 or hat similar in price. Custom digitizing fees are additional and vary by design.

Gildan DTF Apparel

  • T-shirts: $15
  • Long sleeves: $20
  • Sweatshirts: $30

Add $3 for sizes 2XL and larger. Add $3 for printing on the back of the garment.

Custom Embroidery

Custom Embroidery — Request a Quote

Personalized sweatshirts, jackets, polos, hats, and more! Pricing varies based on design size, stitch count, garment type, and quantity. Digitizing fees may apply.

Laser Engraving
